Paramount Peptides names the product “a-Klotho LR (10mcg)”, while the page title calls it “alpha-Klotho MAB 10mcg” and the description “alpha-Klotho monoclonal antibody (MAB)”. An antibody that binds Klotho is a different molecule from the Klotho protein itself, which is what the published research linked from the Klotho (α-Klotho) profile is about. With no certificate published, we can't confirm which one the vial contains; ask the supplier.

The page description also says “COA included”, but the page's Quality Documents box says “No Certificate of Analysis has been published for this product yet.”
